I’ve seen Gary Donaldson and his team at work on local building projects for some time. I’ve been impressed with his work ethic and the final result, sometimes even through very challenging weather conditions.

I approached Gary regarding building a substantial extension to our family home. Right from the start, the things that stand out are Gary’s communication skills, explaining the steps, processes and timelines required for our build project. Gary provided us with a build cost estimate prior to starting. We were well informed all the way during the building process and didn’t have any extra surprises at the end.

Gary has an excellent team of people that “crack on” and get the job done right first time. I recall listening to his team’s laughter, friendly banter and positive communications from the start of the day until the days work was done, every day.

Gary is well organised and kept the project moving forward with materials arriving prior to being required and his specialist sub trades contacts to take the project to the next stage.
