A beautiful Minor Dwelling attached to an existing home located in Liberty Crescent, Spinnaker Bay.

The owners wanted to create a space that is now used as a stunning Air BnB. They wanted a space true to its environment and takes in the views of Waiheke and surrounds so their guests can kick back and enjoy their time on the Coast. We worked closely with owners and architect to make good use of a small space and ensure existing dwelling remained un compromised.

This new minor dwelling consists of 2 bedrooms, lounge/dining area and kitchen.

The master bedroom has it’s own ensuite for the main the guest as well as a main bathroom for other. On a nice evening guests can sit out on the open deck and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the stunning view.

Total house size is a 65 square metre minor dwelling with a seperate 24 square meter rumpus room attached under one roof. All of which connects to the main house seamlessly.
